CoopeTarrazu Honey Processed coffee is processed in the Zapitol Coop in the Tarrazu region of Costa Rica.
This coffee is a specialty grade micro-lot focused on high cup quality and complexity. Its social benefits are the higher price per pound paid to the producer for the honey processing.

Please note, we will start with 600g of coffee in green beans however after roasting there is a reduction of just under 20%. You will receive the full batch, approx. 515g of roasted coffee.

We use high-grade 100 percent Arabica coffee beans sourced responsibly from leading coffee-producing regions around the world.
All of our coffee is roasted in small batches in the Eastern Townships of Québec, Canada.
Our intensity scale ranges from 1 to 8 and reflects roast depth and boldness. Lower numbers indicate lighter, milder coffees, while higher numbers represent darker, fuller-bodied profiles.
Light roasts preserve more of the bean’s natural character and brightness. Medium roasts balance acidity and body. Dark roasts develop deeper, fuller flavours with lower perceived acidity.
Store coffee in an airtight container in a cool, dry place away from light. For best freshness, avoid refrigeration and purchase quantities you will use within a few weeks.
