La Santa Cruz Honey Processed coffee is processed in the Palmichal Micro Mill and was sourced in the Tarrazu region of Costa Rica.

This coffee is a specialty grade micro-lot focused on high cup quality and complexity. Its social benefits are the higher price per pound paid to the producer for the honey processing.

Please note, we will start with one pound of coffee in green beans however after roasting there is a reduction of just under 20%. You will receive the full batch.
