Roasted in small batches in the Eastern Townships of Québec, this full-bodied mi-noir roast is rated 6 out of 8 on our intensity scale. The roast profile emphasizes strength and depth while preserving balance, making it ideal for cold brewing where clarity and structure matter most.
This blend produces a bold yet smooth cold brew with a rich body, subtle smokiness, and a chocolate-forward finish. Gentle sharpness adds brightness without harshness, resulting in a clean, refreshing cup that is both invigorating and easy to drink.
Cold Brew Blend is expertly ground for cold brew preparation. Simply steep in cold water for 12 to 18 hours, strain, and serve over ice. It can also be brewed stronger for concentrate and enjoyed black, over ice, or with milk.
