THE COFFEE: Virgin Hill Coffee’s whole bean Espresso Owl's is an Italian style espresso blend of some of the highest grade of coffees with origins from three different continents, making it a coffee with loads of body. .

THE ROAST: Roasted in small batches in the Eastern Townships of Québec, this espresso is a very full bodied medium roast - we call this coffee "an iron fist in a velvet glove". THE TASTE: This is a coffee with impact, an iron fist in a velvet glove. Combined with milk for a latte or cappuccino, the taste of this coffee can hold its ground and even steals the spotlight.

PREPARATION: Best suited for espresso machines and stove top espresso makers. This coffee is suitable for automatic espresso machines with an integrated grinder.
