We have more than 15 years experience in successful fundraising initiatives for school clubs, sports teams, and community groups. We provide an easy and effective way to fundraise so that the next generation can actively pursue their interests. Virgin Hill Coffee provides you with the finest selection of freshly roasted coffee and a choice of two fundraising methods to assist in maximizing your fundraising capabilities.
What are the steps?
1. Choose one of two fundraising strategies, Buy & Sell or Order Forms. (Click here for more information)
2. Use our fundraising catalogue with our top sellers to select the coffees and formats you would like to sell for your fundraiser. You can even choose from our organic line!
3. We come back to you with the cost and suggested prices. We will also customize your 1-page sales sheet and your order form, should you choose to use forms.
The form and sell sheet goes out with students. We have found that the mostsuccessful campaigns give their students 2-3 weeks to sell (and prizes help too!).
4. You submit your total order and we get back to you on a delivery or pick up date.
5. You can then let your members know when to get organised for delivery day. You distribute the coffee to fulfill their orders or to sell, depending on your chosen method.
