Once your coffee order has been picked up by the courier, it is in their hands, and while we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to weather or high shipping volumes.

We understand that shipping delays can be frustrating, and we share in that frustration. Our goal is to provide the best possible shopping experience, and we recognize that timely delivery is an important part of that. • For the rest of Canada, it's a bit more expensive for flat shipping because we're located in Quebec, so it costs us more to get your order to you. But you still get free shipping on orders over $59.
