Finance & Procurement Specialist


We are looking for a Finance & Procurement Specialist at our coffee roastery in beautiful Brome Lake (in Foster). We are a community-focused business with a 20-year history, and we are in a rapid period of expansion.

Position Overview

The Finance & Procurement Specialist is a newly-created role and will be critical to the heart of Virgin Hill’s operations. This individual will oversee end-to-end procurement while maintaining a real-time understanding of the company’s financial health.

This is a hands-on, strategic role for someone who can build systems, analyse data, and make informed recommendations and buying decisions that directly impact growth, cash flow, and operational efficiency.
