Our journey began in the garage of Matthew's grandparents on
Virgin Hill Road in North Hatley, in the heart of Quebec’s Eastern Townships. From the start, family has been at the root of our business. Our two owners have been married as long as Virgin Hill has existed and their children now play a part in the company as well.
Virgin Hill Coffee Roasters is a family-owned and operated company that loves good coffee. We believe in spreading that love by offering excellently-sourced coffee roasted in small batches by hand at a fair price.
Outstanding coffee does not have to be showy or complicated, it just needs to be well-sourced and well-roasted.
At Virgin Hill we also believe in supporting the folks who support us by giving back through various grassroots projects. Every year 2% of our sales goes back into our communities.
