It is flexible, customizable, and designed to fit your home brewing routine while helping you save on every order.

How It Works
- Visit virginhillcoffee.com and select the coffee or coffees you would like to receive.
- Choose your grind type, format, and number of bags.
- Select Subscribe from the purchase options.
- Choose your delivery frequency:
- Monthly delivery and save 10%
- Every 6 weeks and save 8% - Proceed to checkout to generate your first order.
After your initial purchase, your subscription will automatically renew based on your selected schedule. Your card will be charged securely each billing cycle, and your coffee will be freshly roasted and shipped to you.
Managing Your Coffee Subscription
You can manage your subscription anytime through your customer account.
Sign into your account and Access your subscription portal. Proceed to click on the subscription you would like to manage.
From your portal, you can:
- Pause your subscription
- Cancel your subscription
- Place an order early using the “Place Order Now” button
- Skip a month if you are traveling

Frequently asked subscription questions
Yes. Log into your subscription portal and click “Edit” in the Item's section. Search for the coffee you would like and add it to your subscription.
Yes. In your subscription portal, select “edit” in the Items section and search for the product you would like to purchased. Choose the item and select “One-Time Purchase.” It will be included in your next shipment only.
If there is a price adjustment, your subscription will reflect the updated price on your next renewal order.
We do not accept returns on coffee unless there was an error with your order. For more information on returns, click here.
Use the form below to contact us and we will send you a password reset link.
Access your subscription portal, click “Edit” in the Shipping section. Enter your new shipping address, and save. Your next order will be sent to the new address.
If you need to delete an address, this must be done directly within your customer account settings.
