Monsoon Malabar is sourced from the Malabar region of India, where beans undergo the rare monsooning process. During this traditional method, green coffee beans are exposed to the moisture-laden monsoon winds for several months. This natural aging technique allows the beans to swell and develop their signature mellow body, earthy character, and softened acidity.

Roasted in small batches in the Eastern Townships of Québec, this 100 percent Arabica coffee is a medium roast designed to preserve its natural richness and highlight its layered spice notes. The roast maintains body and depth while allowing the monsooned character to remain front and center.

This coffee delivers a full-bodied, smooth cup with earthy undertones, warm spice notes, and subtle natural sweetness.
