Monsoon Malabar

(Medium) This single origin coffee is a rich, spicy coffee that dances on your palate. It comes from the Malabar region of India and goes through a special drying process where they leave it out for 3-4 months through the monsoon season. Which is why it is also sometimes called Monsooned Malabar.
