The Coffee

Gamache Blend is a hearty medium roast made from high-grade Arabica coffees sourced from Africa and Asia. Deep, balanced, and expressive, it was originally created for a welcome basket and later served at the pre-launch of Glass Houses in Knowlton, Québec. Like Inspector Gamache himself, this coffee is steady, thoughtful, and full of character.

The Roast

Roasted in small batches in the Eastern Townships of Québec, this 100 percent Arabica coffee is a full-bodied medium roast rated 5 out of 8 on our intensity scale. Smooth yet flavorful, it offers depth without heaviness. For a lighter option, explore Costa Rica Brown. For a darker profile, try Peru Black. With every purchase, $1 supports the Yamaska Literacy Council in helping children learn to read.
