#1 Ethiopia Guji
Alt: 2,000 to 2,180 MASL
Notes: Jasmine, bergamot, blueberry, peach, and black tea
This coffee is produced by farmers in Uddeyi Farmers Group working with Ture Waji and his company, Sookoo Coffee. They cultivate coffee at the lofty altitudes of 2,000 to 2,180 meters above sea level. The warm day and cool nights at this altitude are perfect for growing sweet, dense cherry.
#2 Costa Rica La Santa Cruz (Tarrazu region)
ALT: 1,500 to 1,600 MASL
Notes of: stone fruit, watermelon, and creamy milk chocolate
La Santa Cruz Honey Processed coffee is processed in the Palmichal Micro Mill and was sourced in the Tarrazu region of Costa Rica.
This coffee is a specialty grade micro-lot focused on high cup quality and complexity. Its social benefits are the higher price per pound paid to the producer for the honey processing.
#3 Microlot: Guatemala Natural Process
Alt: 1,800-2,200 MASL
Fragrant and fruity aromatics resembling Figs, blackberries and chocolate.
From the region of Lake Ayarza, near the town of Santa Rosa in Guatemala. The natural process, which involves drying the whole coffee fruit before removing bean, intensifies the fruity notes in the coffee's flavour profile.
Choose your roast level and your grind and we will roast it fresh just for you!
Please note, we will start with 600g of each coffee in green beans however after roasting there is a reduction of just under 20%. You will receive the full batchs of coffee for each variety.
