(Medium) A blend that was inspired by the Town of Knowlton located on beautiful Brome Lake in the Eastern Townships of Québec. The Knowlton blend was created by mistake. We were doing a taste test at a local café and mixed two blends that were supposed to be tested separately. Since the blend was created in Knowlton we gave it the name. Knowlton Blend is a combination of some of the best Indonesian and African coffees. This blend has a remarkable aroma and flavour with a fruity finish.
A full bodied blend with a flowery aroma. Rich in flavour and aroma with a touch of acidity.
THE COFFEE: Virgin Hill Coffee’s Knowlton blend coffee is a hearty medium roast featuring a blend of the highest grade of arabica coffee. Just like the people in the little town of Knowlton, Quebec, this coffee is smooth but with character!
THE ROAST: Roasted in small batches in the Eastern Townships of Québec, our 100% Arabica coffee is a full bodied medium roast. This coffee is rated as a 5 out of 8 on our intensity scale. It is considered smooth with a little kick and is our most popular blend. For a lighter roast check out our Costa Rica Brown and for a darker roast, see our Peru Black.
THE TASTE: A unique and rich medium bodied blend with a flowery notes and low acidity. Perfect for a great start to the week but equally suitable to a casual, restful weekend, this coffee is a great all-rounder and one of our most popular coffees.

THE STORY: A CANADIAN family-owned and operated company that loves good coffee. We believe in spreading that love by offering excellently-sourced coffee roasted in small batches by hand at a fair price. Outstanding coffee does not have to be showy or complicated, it just needs to be well-sourced and well-roasted.
