Altitude: 700 – 1600 MASL

Chiapas is situated in the southern reaches of Mexico, with rich biodiversity, climbing altitudes s and ideal climates for coffee production. Grupode Agricultores Positivos S.P.R. (GRAPOS) was founded in 2007 and is a group of 2,708 producers. GRAPOS seeks to provide each of these producers with the guidance to produce high quality coffee. This comes in the form of technical & educational assistance, free seedlings to replace damaged trees, and support with communication & transport for those in remote areas. After producers pick and deliver the coffee cherries, they are pulped and fermented for 24 hours to remove exterior skin & mucilage. They are then washed and spread evenly on cement patios to dry in the open sun

Choose your roast level and your grind and we will roast it fresh for you! Please note, we will start with 600g of coffee in green beans however after roasting there is a reduction of just under 20%. You will receive the full batch, approx 515g of roasted coffee.
