Contest Terms and Conditions for the Bellucci Espresso Bar Fundraiser Draw

Winner Announcement:

The winner will be randomly drawn on August 16, 2026.

How to Participate:

To participate in the draw, participants must purchase one or more entries for $10 each through the Virgin Hill Coffee website. Each purchased entry will be recorded and included in the random draw for the chance to win a Bellucci Espresso Bar.

Participants may purchase multiple entries, with each additional entry providing another chance to be selected. The participant’s contact information provided during the purchase process will be used to identify and contact the winner.

Every entry is a gesture of solidarity, as all proceeds from this fundraiser will be donated to the Société Alzheimer Brome-Missisquoi et Haute-Yamaska to support its mission of supporting people living with Alzheimer’s disease and their caregivers.

Fraudulent entries, duplicate entries obtained through unauthorized means, or entries that do not comply with these rules will be declared invalid.

The Prize Includes:

One Bellucci Espresso Bar espresso machine at a value of $549.99.

The prize must be accepted as awarded. It cannot be transferred, exchanged, or refunded and has no cash value.

Winner Requirements:

The winner will be contacted by email or telephone using the contact information provided at the time of entry. The winner must respond within 72 hours of being contacted to claim their prize. If no response is received within this timeframe, Virgin Hill Coffee reserves the right to proceed with another draw to select a new winner.

The winner may be required to provide proof of identity and confirmation of eligibility before receiving the prize.

Contest Eligibility:

This draw is open to all residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of the draw.

All individuals with the following connections to Virgin Hill Coffee, Brûlerie Virgin Hill, and L’Atelier de Café Virgin Hill are automatically excluded from the draw: employees, representatives, and immediate family members of employees and representatives of the brand.

Personal Information:

Participants consent to Virgin Hill Coffee collecting and using the personal information provided during entry for the purpose of administering the draw, contacting the winner, and fulfilling the prize.

Participants will only be subscribed to Virgin Hill promotional emails and newsletters if they select this option during the checkout process. Participants may unsubscribe from promotional communications at any time.

Disclaimer Clause:

Under no circumstances will Virgin Hill Coffee and its affiliated companies be liable to participants or any other person for:

• any errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in operation or transmission, communication line failures, theft, destruction, or unauthorized access or modification of entries;
• the failure to send a notification email to a potential winner;
• changes to email addresses or email accounts after entries have been submitted;
• technical errors or failures related to computers, internet services, payment processing, or website operations;
• any loss, damages, or claims resulting from participation in the draw, acceptance or use of the prize, or use of the website.

Entries remain the property of Virgin Hill Coffee. Virgin Hill Coffee is not obligated to acknowledge receipt of entries.

Other Points:

If, for any reason, at the sole discretion of Virgin Hill Coffee, the draw cannot be conducted as planned or if any factor beyond its control, including technical failures, fraud, unauthorized intervention, or any other event compromises the administration, security, fairness, or integrity of the draw, Virgin Hill Coffee reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend, or terminate the draw.

The decisions of Virgin Hill Coffee regarding the administration of the draw are final and binding on all participants. Participation in the draw constitutes acceptance of these rules.

Virgin Hill Coffee reserves the right to publish the name and photo of the winner for promotional purposes without compensation.

These rules constitute the official rules of the draw.
