(Medium) The Swiss Water Process is a 100% natural water process. No chemicals are used in this process. A rich full bodied decaffeinated coffee that has sweet under tones and a lingering flavour.

THE COFFEE: Virgin Hill Coffee's Swiss Water Decaf is a naturally decaffeinated South American coffee. This is a medium roast using the highest grade of coffee decaffeinated with the all-natural Swiss Water Process. 

THE ROAST: Roasted in small batches in the Eastern Townships of Québec, our 100% Arabica coffee is medium roasted and decaffeinated. This coffee is rated as a 4 out of 8 on our intensity scale. THE TASTE: Despite being a decaffeinated coffee, this medium bodied roast has an intense flavour and tastes like the real deal. It is perfect for the afternoons and evenings, or whenever you've hit your max caffeine for the day! Best served as a filtered coffee or even as an espresso.

PREPARATION: Best suited for drip coffee machines, French press, and cold brewing. It can also be a lovely decaf option for an afternoon espresso.

THE SOURCE: Our Arabica coffee beans are responsibly and sustainably sourced from the highest grade of South American coffee producers. This high-grade coffee is certified kosher.
