The Coffee

Knowlton Blend is a hearty medium roast made from high-grade Arabica coffees sourced from Africa and Indonesia. Created by happy accident during a tasting at a local café in Knowlton, this blend quickly stood out for its balance and personality. Like the town it is named after, it is welcoming, smooth, and quietly distinctive.

The Roast

Roasted in small batches in the Eastern Townships of Québec, this 100 percent Arabica coffee is a full-bodied medium roast rated 5 out of 8 on our intensity scale. Smooth with a touch of kick, Knowlton Blend strikes a balance between richness and drinkability. It is our most popular blend. For a lighter option, explore Costa Rica Brown. The Taste
