#1 Mexico GraposAlt: 2,000 to 2,180 MASL
Notes: Black tea, orange peel.
Chiapas is situated in the southern reaches of Mexico, with rich biodiversity, climbing altitudes s and ideal climates for coffee production. Grupode Agricultores Positivos S.P.R. (GRAPOS) was founded in 2007 and is a group of 2,708 producers. GRAPOS seeks to provide each of these producers with the guidance to produce high quality coffee.
#2 Colombia Asoprosierra (Tarrazu region)
ALT: 700 – 1600 MASL
Notes: Roasted nuts, sweet citrus, and milk chocolate
This is an organic, Fairtrade, women-owned coffee from a region where women have traditionally had fewer opportunities and recognition.
#3 Guatemala Antigua
Alt: 1,800-1,900 MASL
Notes: Fragrant and fruity aromatics resembling Figs, blackberries and chocolate.
Grown in the famous Antigua Valley of Guatemala, this coffee thrives in rich volcanic soil that gives it exceptional complexity and character.

Please note, we will start with 600g of each coffee in green beans however after roasting there is a reduction of just under 20%. You will receive the full batchs of coffee for each variety.
