The Coffee

Ripplecove Blend was created at the request of the owners of Ripplecove Inn, who wanted a coffee unlike any other. Our team developed a blend that is expressive and refined, delivering bold structure while remaining elegant. It is designed for coffee drinkers who enjoy complexity and personality in their cup.

The Roast

Roasted in small batches in the Eastern Townships of Québec, this 100 percent Arabica coffee is a full-bodied mi-noir roast rated 6 out of 8 on our intensity scale. Considered a bold coffee, it balances strength and drinkability. For a lighter option, explore the Weekend Blend. For a darker profile, try Peru Black.

The Taste

This coffee delivers a sharp, full-bodied cup with a smoky aroma and a chocolatey finish. Floral notes from Costa Rican beans combine with the rich, chocolaty character of Guatemalan beans, creating a layered and harmonious flavor profile with a lingering finish.
