   • A brief history and overview of the coffee plant
   • An overview of processing methods
   • The basics of roasting and how this impacts flavour
   • Description of our 4 micro-lots
   • Roasting micro-lots + observing the roasting process
   • Introduction to tasting using the flavour wheel
   • Discussion of brewing methods
     1. Espresso
     2. Pour-over: v60, Chemex
     3. Steep & Release: Clever, Aeropress
     4. French Press
2. Tasting
   
   • Pour-over method and tasting
   • Steep and release method and tasting
   • Client’s choice of brew for micro-lot
