A washed Kenya coffee from the Central Highlands of Nyeri County. Kiamabara Coffee Factory is nestled along the southern slopes of Mount Kenya. Kenya, as a whole, is well regarded for its research and development of coffee varieties and ensuring their accessibility to smallholder farmers. However, it’s the microclimate and well-drained, fertile volcanic soil if Nyeri County, that sets this region apart. Pair these environmental parameters with the agricultural extension resources offered by Kiambara and the end results are coffees that boast remarkable quality and cupping attributes.

Kiamabara was established in 1995 and now has over 3,000 cooperative members. Kiamabara utilises its extensive network to provide its farmers access to a state of the art processing facility that offers exceptional expertise and oversight.

Please note, we will start with one pound of coffee in green beans however after roasting there is a reduction of just under 20%. You will receive the full batch.
