(Extra Bold) A full bodied espresso with a sweet after taste. Excellent for making cappuccinos or a simple espresso. Full bodied, low acidity and a strong aroma. Intensity is an 8/8.

THE COFFEE: Virgin Hill Coffee's whole bean Espresso Virgin Hill is a smoky espresso.

THE ROAST: Roasted in small batches in the Eastern Townships of Québec, our 100% Arabica coffee is full bodied and roasted extra dark. This coffee is rated as an 8 out of 8 on our intensity scale. It is considered an extra bold french roast. For a lighter roast check out our Espresso Owl's.

THE TASTE: This is a smoky espresso with notes of roasted almond and blackcurrant. Perfect for a coffee-lover who likes a little punch to their coffee. Best served as an espresso or as a base for lattes, cappuccinos, flat whites or cortados.

PREPARATION: These arabica coffee beans is best suited for espresso machines and stove top espresso makers. It is not recommended for automatic espresso machines with an integrated grinder.
