(Velouté) Un mélange inspiré par la Ville de Knowlton, située aux abords du magnifique lac Brome, dans les Cantons de l’Est au Québec. Le mélange Knowlton a été créé à la suite d’une erreur. Alors que nous faisions un test de goût dans un café local, deux mélanges devant être testés séparément ont été jumelés par erreur; ce qui depuis a donné naissance au mélange Knowlton. Le café Knowlton est un mélange de certains des meilleurs cafés indonésiens et africains. Ce mélange offre un arôme remarquable et une saveur finale fruitée.
