Chaque action vous donne une chance de gagner. Le concours aura lieu du 1^er novembre au 15 novembre 2016. La personne gagnante sera choisie au hasard parmi toutes les inscriptions le 16 novembre 2016 (une seule participation par personne). Imaginez recevoir du café frais, délicieux et gratuit de la brûlerie Virgin Hill pendant 12 mois!

CONDITIONS

1. Le promoteur est : Brûlerie Virgin Hill Coffee Roasters, dont le siège social est établi au 80, rue Benoit, Knowlton, QC.

      2. Les employés de la Brûlerie Virgin Hill Coffee Roasters, les membres de leur famille ou toute personne liée de quelque façon que ce soit à la concurrence, actuelle ou en devenir, n’ont pas le droit de participer au concours.

      3. Aucun achat n’est requis et aucuns frais ne sont exigés pour participer à ce concours. 

4. La date limite pour participer est le 30 novembre 2016. Après cette date, aucune participation ne sera acceptée. 

5. Le promoteur ne peut pas être tenu responsable de toute inscription non reçue, quelle que soit la raison. 

6. Les règlements du concours et le prix pour chaque gagnant se présentent comme suit :

7. Le promoteur se réserve le droit d’annuler ou de modifier le concours ou les conditions de celui-ci sans préavis en cas de catastrophe, de guerre, de perturbation civile ou militaire, de force majeure, de violation réelle ou anticipée de toute loi applicable, ou de tout autre événement échappant à la volonté du promoteur. Les participants seront avisés dès que possible de tout changement apporté au concours. 

8. Le promoteur ne peut pas être tenu responsable de toute fausse information relative au prix transmise par une tierce partie associée au concours. 

9. Aucune alternative pécuniaire au prix ne sera offerte. Les prix sont non transférables. Les prix peuvent varier selon la disponibilité et le promoteur se réserve le droit de substituer à n’importe quel prix un autre prix de valeur équivalente, et ce, sans préavis. 

10. La personne gagnante sera choisie au hasard parmi les participants. 

11. La personne gagnante sera avisée par courriel dans les 28 jours suivant la fin du concours. Si le promoteur n’arrive pas à joindre la personne gagnante ou si celle-ci ne réclame pas son prix dans les 14 jours après avoir été avisée, le promoteur se réserve le droit de retirer le prix au gagnant et de sélectionner un nouveau gagnant. 

12 Le promoteur informera la personne gagnante de l’endroit et du moment où elle pourra récupérer son prix. 

13. Les décisions du promoteur relativement à tous les aspects du concours seront finales et aucun échange ne sera engagé à leur sujet. 

14. En soumettant leur participation à ce concours, tous les participants et participantes acceptent de respecter les conditions énoncées ici. 

15. Le concours et les conditions qui s’y appliquent sont régis conformément aux lois canadiennes et tout litige sera soumis à la compétence exclusive des tribunaux du Canada. 

16. La personne gagnante consent à ce que son nom et son image soient utilisés à des fins publicitaires. Toute donnée personnelle relative au gagnant ou à tout autre participant sera utilisée exclusivement en conformité avec les lois canadiennes actuelles sur la protection des données et ne sera pas divulguée à des tiers sans l’autorisation préalable du participant ou de la participante. 

17. Cette promotion n’est ni commanditée, ni endossée, ni administrée par Facebook, Twitter ou tout autre réseau social; elle n’est associée à ceux-ci d’aucune façon. Vous communiquez vos renseignements personnels à Brûlerie Virgin Hill Coffee Roasters et à nulle autre partie.

 

Terms & Conditions

1. The promoter is: Brulerie Virgin Hill Coffee Roasters whose registered office is at 80 Benoit, Knowlton, QC.
2. Employees of Brulerie Virgin Hill Coffee Roasters or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
4. Closing date for entry will be November 30, 2016. After this date the no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
5. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
6. The rules of the competition and the prize for each winner are as follows:

One lucky winner will receive coffee for a year (at a value of $500). Simply

1) Leave a comment under the contest image on Facebook with the name of any of our coffee blends OR

2) Enter your email address here.

Each action gives you one entry (so you can enter twice). Contest is open from November 1-15, 2016 and the winner will be randomly selected from the entries on November 16th, 2016 (one entry per participant).

 

7. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

8. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

9. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

10. Winner will be chosen at random from the entries.

11. The winner will be notified by email within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
12. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected.
13. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
15. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Canadian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Canada.
16. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Canadian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
17. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Brulerie Virgin Hill Coffee Roasters and not to any other party.
